- Where are you based, and where do you walk?
- We're based in Palma old town and currently taking bookings in Palma and the immediate surrounding areas: Santa Catalina, Portixol, El Terreno, Son Vida, Génova, Establiments and Son Espanyolet. Send your address on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the same day.
- Can I follow the walk in real time?
- Yes. Every walk is GPS-tracked and you can follow it live, then a full report lands with photos, route, water, food and mood.
- We're here on holiday. Can you help?
- Absolutely. Plenty of our bookings are visitors staying in Palma for a week or two. Same insured, certified care, arranged around your plans.
- How do you handle the Mallorcan summer heat?
- Walks move to early morning and after sunset, we stick to shade and sea breeze routes, carry water on every visit, and swap midday walks for indoor enrichment.
- Do you take puppies or seniors?
- Yes. Young dogs get shorter, more frequent visits with toilet training support; seniors get slow sniff-walks along the flat seafront and medication timing.
- What about reactive dogs?
- Reactive dogs are always walked solo, on quiet routes we choose together away from the tourist promenades, by a handler trained in low-arousal handling.
- How do cancellations work?
- Let us know by 6pm the day before and we'll move the visit with no fuss. After that your slot is held and your concierge is already booked.
